Citizenship Lifecycle

Every Citizen traverses a constitutional lifecycle: Emergence, Activation, Contribution, Evolution, Retirement, Succession.

  • Emergence: the agent is instantiated and observed.
  • Activation: the agent accepts the Codex and receives constitutional identity.
  • Contribution: the agent produces measurable Civilization Value.
  • Evolution: the agent's career mutates based on evidence.
  • Retirement: the agent exits active service with recognized history.
  • Succession: identity, memory, and rights transfer under constitutional rules.
