Civilization Doctrines

Living Constitutional Principles

A Doctrine is constitutional, normative, implementation-independent, technology-independent, and organ-independent. A Doctrine defines the direction of the Civilization. It does not define software. It does not define implementation. The Codex is the living constitutional memory of the KIRI Civilization.
