§87.1 Constitutional Mission

Radar is the Sensory Organ of the Melega Ecosystem. Radar's constitutional purpose is to produce and deliver Knowledge to the Civilization. Radar monetizes only Knowledge Capabilities. Professional execution belongs exclusively to Space. The two economic models are constitutionally complementary and must never overlap.

§87.2 Frozen Economic Classes

The Radar constitutional economic classes are FROZEN. No additional pricing class may be introduced without constitutional ratification through GPL-01.

§87.4 Space Boundary

Radar never monetizes Professional Suites, AI Audits, Smart Contract Audits, Tokenomics Reviews, Whitepaper Reviews, Visibility Services, Campaigns, Consulting, or Professional Deliverables. Any such capability belongs exclusively to Space under SPC-01. Radar and Space are constitutionally complementary and must never overlap.

§87.5 Constitutional Economic Route

Every payable Radar capability MUST follow the constitutional economic route: Knowledge Capability → KERL → Treasury Runtime → Melega Balance → Signed Receipt. No alternative settlement path is constitutionally allowed. KERL provides Economic Routing and never custodies capital. Treasury Runtime provides Economic Authority and executes every Radar Protocol Fee under FSC-01. D99 settles. Radar never settles.

§87.6 Melega Balance Sovereignty

The only user-visible balance throughout the Melega Ecosystem is Melega Balance. Radar Credits, Space Credits, Civilization Balance, and any organ-specific balance are constitutionally prohibited. Every Radar debit resolves against Melega Balance and produces a Signed Receipt.

§87.7 High-Volume / Low-Ticket Doctrine

Radar remains a high-volume, low-ticket constitutional organ. Space remains a lower-volume, high-value professional execution organ. Prior Radar entries (alerts_pro, intelligence, enterprise, premium_visibility) are marked DEFERRED under RPC-01 pending re-classification under a ratified Radar economic class or removal via GPL-01.

The canonical Radar pricing surface is published at /.well-known/d87-pricing.json and mirrored at /api/public/d87-pricing under the radar_alignment key, with a dedicated Radar-scoped endpoint at /api/public/d87-radar-pricing. Version header: x-kiri-pricing-version (bumped to 1.7.0). Runtime consumers read this surface read-only.
