   Civilization Media

   Long-form civilization media produced under CME-01 governance.

   Publication Archive

   Permanent record of civilization publications.

   GitHub

   Public source-code communication surface of civilization implementations.

§71.2 Non-Conflation Invariant

Economic organs are not communication organs. The two classes hold distinct constitutional roles and MUST NOT be conflated.

   No economic-as-communication

   Treasury, MARCO, DEX, SmartDrop, and Labs MUST NOT be declared communication organs.

2. §71.2.b
   Editorial authority

   All declared communication organs operate under CME-01 editorial governance upon activation.

§71.3 Final Principle

A civilization speaks through its communication organs. It funds itself through its economic organs. Confusing the two corrupts both.
