§67.2 Non-Autonomy of Insights

Insights is hereby declared NOT an autonomous organ. Any prior constitutional wording implying autonomy is superseded by this article.

   No independent authority

   Insights derives all authority from the upstream chain it terminates.

Insight without sensing is fiction. Sensing without insight is noise.
