The economic substrate of the civilization is structured as a four-organ taxonomy with a strict downstream relationship: Treasury → MARCO → DEX → SmartDrop.

§60.2 Constitutional Distinction

Each organ is sovereign within its function. None may absorb another.

   No merge

   Treasury MUST NOT become MARCO. MARCO MUST NOT become Treasury. DEX MUST NOT become a custodian. SmartDrop MUST NOT become governance.

2. §60.2.b
   No substitution

   Civilization actions invoke the organ whose function they require — never an adjacent one.

§60.3 Final Principle

Economic clarity is constitutional clarity. Confused organs produce confused civilizations.
