§83.1 Universal Referral Settlement Currency
Referral rewards are always settled in MARCO. The Referral Distribution Wallet never distributes USDT, USDC, BNB, ETH, BTC, or any non-MARCO asset. This rule applies to every productive organ — Melega DEX, Labs, Signal, SmartDrop, Space, Radar, Insights, Launchpad — and to every future productive organ.

§83.2 Computation and Coordination
Treasury Runtime computes the referral allocation according to FSC-01 (the 10% Referral Distribution slot) and SRD-01 (attribution graph, self-referral prohibition, canonical registry). KERL coordinates the required asset conversion into MARCO before referral distribution. KERL never custodies capital and never owns referral balances; KERL only coordinates the conversion workflow.

§83.3 Universal Applicability
This rule is universal. It applies to every productive organ, present and future. No productive organ may implement an alternative referral currency, an alternative referral wallet, or an alternative referral distribution logic.
§83.4 Rationale
Referral rewards are intended to strengthen MARCO demand, increase MARCO circulation, unify the referral economy, and eliminate per-organ referral currencies. Denominating every referral reward in MARCO converts distributed referral incentives into structural MARCO demand across the entire Civilization.
