Propagation extends the reach of the civilization so that its coordination capacity, treasury surface, and interoperability premium continue to compound across generations of participants.

Propagation is not promotion. Promotion serves a product. Propagation serves continuity. A propagation act that does not strengthen civilization continuity is misclassified.
