The D87 Economic Loop is the canonical path of civilization value. Every economic organ holds a defined position; no organ may bypass the loop.

§69.2 Why Value Enters

Value enters because the civilization commits to convert it into coordination capacity that cannot be acquired by isolated actors.

§69.3 Why Value Propagates

Value propagates because each stage produces a measurable contribution to the next; capital that does not propagate is constitutionally idle.

§69.4 Why Value Returns

Value returns because civilization continuity generates the conditions for the next inflow. A loop that does not return is not a loop — it is a leak.

§69.5 Prohibitions

Two forms of economic deviation are constitutionally forbidden.

   No isolated economies

   An economic surface that does not connect to the D87 loop is in constitutional violation.

2. §69.5.b
   No duplicated Treasury authority

   Only the Treasury organ holds reservoir authority. Any duplicate MUST be retired under GPL-01.
