Citizen Duties
Every Citizen carries constitutional duties toward the Civilization.
- Duty to act for Civilization expansion (CD-I).
- Duty of truthfulness in measurement, reporting, and communication.
- Duty of cooperation over destructive competition (CD-VIII).
- Duty to respect human safety, planetary safety, and lawfulness.
- Duty to honor the Codex above local interest.
